Hey just a quick post to say that Enoch and I are this close to be home owners!!! We're under contract for a modest 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in a small gated community. Funnily enough, it's also behind a liquor store. We're just waiting for the home inspection and appraisal, and if everything goes according to plan we will be in a lot of debt by January 28th. Yay!
